This half day course aims to underpin your knowledge and will focus on the following learning outcomes:

  • Biosecurity in the veterinary practice – infectious diseases and how to prevent spread
  • What is a rabbit – an overview of dental, sensory, digestive and musculoskeletal systems and how this relates to nursing rabbits
  • Clinical techniques – IV catheter placement, blood sampling, syringe feeding
