Rabbits are the third most commonly kept pet within the UK, and are commonly presented at veterinary practices.

As a prey species rabbits see the world very differently to dogs and cats and stress has a knock on effect in their recovery and well-being.

Making your practice rabbit friendly doesn’t need to be expensive or time consuming, but will make the world of difference to your rabbit patients.

During this half day session delegates will learn:

  • Small changes you can make to reduce stress and be rabbit friendly
  • Performing rabbit clinics to offer your clients gold standard rabbit advice
  • Carrying out clinical techniques on rabbits – placing IV catheters, syringe feeding, intubation, blood sampling and all you need to know to ensure your rabbit patients are treated on a par to dogs and cats
