Claire qualified as a veterinary nurse in the year 2000, whilst working in small animal private and charity practice. She went on to work in referral practice where she gained the Diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing (Surgical) in 2006.

Claire has worked as an assessor, internal verifier and assistant examiner for the RCVS and as a lecturer in Veterinary Nursing. Claire works part time as a theatre nurse at Northwest Surgeons, which is a multi-disciplinary referral practice alongside running her own CPD company called SynergyCPD.

Claire’s main interests include anaesthesia, surgical nursing and inpatient care.
