Getting started

Upon visiting the site for the first time on a new device you are given the option to select your venue preference. This allows us to provide product recommendations and saves the venue as your preferred search option. After making category searches your course recommendations will become personalised to you. You may amend your venue preferences at any time from the Support page.

Support and Recommendations

You may make product and service recommendations at any time from the Suggestions page. You may also request additional course dates within the course pages themselves. The Support page contains support documents, contact details and our terms and conditions.

Account creation

An account is required and allows you to manage your bookings and view other details such as your purchase history and certificates. You will create your account at checkout after you have confirmed the contents of your shopping basket.

Where possibly please use a personal email address to register your account, ensuring that notifications, documentation and reminders are available to you at all times and not just at work.

Account management

You can view your profile (sometimes referred to as ‘user area’ or ‘portal’) from a link in the sites main menu (top right). From here you are able to manage your personal details (change email address, etc), view your purchase history (CPD hours), download certificates and manage bookings. An account is required in order to access these facilities.

To change your email address or amend other contact details, visit your profile, select the menu icon and open ‘My Details’. Please contact us to amend your dietary medical and physical requirements.

If you share a device with another account holder you may switch accounts by logging out and back in again.

  • From the profile page click the menu icon then ‘Logout’.
  • From the shopping basket select the link in the footer.

Forgotten password

  1. Click on the person icon in the top right of any page on this site
  2. Click on ‘Forgotten your username or password?’
  3. Enter the email address that you registered with. If you do not already have an account or you enter a different email address you will not receive an email
  4. Follow the link within the email and enter your new password twice
  5. You cannot use a previous password and passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain 2 numbers

If you do not already have an account proceed through the shopping basket and an option to create an account will be made available to you. If you can also set a new password from within the shopping basket itself at the log-in page.


When making a course booking your selected courses are added to a shopping basket. You may return to the site to book onto more courses at any time or amend the contents directly from the basket. Once you have chosen your final selection of courses, visit the shopping basket and select ‘Next’ to log in or create a new account. An account is required and allows you to manage your bookings and view other details such as your purchase history and certificates. After you have logged in or created an account, you will have the option to pay online via a debit or credit card. Any promotions or discount codes are applied at the payment stage of checkout. You may manage bookings directly from your profile or contact us for support.
